Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for many laboratory tests. House calls should be requested in advance, and some specialized tests may need scheduling or preparation. Contact us to confirm.
Do I need to fast?
Fasting requirements depend on the exact test or profile. Please do not assume that every blood test requires fasting. Send the test name or referral form to our team so we can confirm the current instruction.
What should I bring?
Bring your referral form if one was provided, a valid ID, your contact information and any preparation instructions from your doctor. For insurance patients, bring your health card and supporting documents.
Can Oasis tell me what my results mean?
Our team can explain administrative information about your report, but your healthcare provider is responsible for clinical interpretation, diagnosis and treatment advice.
How soon will my results be ready?
Most routine tests are available within 24 hours. Executive profiles are generally 24-36 hours, while BUN and creatinine may be available in about one hour. Exact timing depends on the test, sample and quality requirements.
Are health cards and insurance accepted?
Yes, health cards and insurance are accepted. Please contact the team with your provider details so coverage and required paperwork can be confirmed before testing.
